TSALOUKAS

Anastassia, also known as Miss A, is the Director and Head Coach of Ultimate Twirling. She has been training and mentoring our athletes by offering professional and quality guidance throughout the years.

Anastassia has represented Australia overseas at 6 World Championships and 10 International Cups - the only person in the world to have competed at every IC since its inception in 2005.

Working with twirlers around Australia in her role as Twirling Australia's Technical Advisor, and previously NSW State Coach and Twirling Australia's National Coach, Anastassia has sought to bring athletes together in positive and encouraging learning environments. With an education degree in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, she understands what it takes to cater to individual learning needs and make every athlete feel special.

Anastassia is the creator and founder of World Baton Twirling Day - where twirlers around the globe promote the sport and twirl together on April 10th - whilst in the role of co-chair of the World Baton Twirling Athletes Commission 2016-2020. Her success in the role led to an invitation to join the Marketing and Communications Committee for the International Baton Twirling Federation (IBTF) which she has served on since 2020.

A ten time National Adult Dancetwirl Champion, Anastassia also has over 20 years experience teaching a range of dance genres at a variety of dance studios in Sydney for recreational and competitive students of all ages.

- Module One Acrobatic Arts Instructor

- Module 1 & 2 WBTF Judges course (2023)

- WBTF Level 1 Coaches Clinician (2018)
